Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Team tatkräftig bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und sorgst für eine sorgfältige Vorbereitung aller notwendigen Dokumente.
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mandant:innen, korrespondierst souverän mit Finanzbehörden und behältst dabei stets den Überblick über alle Fristen.
- Als wichtige sprachliche und fachliche Brücke bearbeitest du steuerliche Sachverhalte mit Bezug zur Türkei und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Türkisch.
- Du managst eigenständig die digitale und physische Aktenführung und stellst sicher, dass alle steuerlich relevanten Unterlagen vollständig und korrekt aufbereitet sind.
- Du übernimmst zuverlässig allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben und trägst so maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Kanzleialltag bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine in Deutschland abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Kanzleiumfeld.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1, besser C2 Niveau) und bringst gute Türkischkenntnisse (ca. C1 Niveau oder höher) mit, um unsere Mandate optimal zu betreuen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, sorgfältig sowie selbstständig und du gehst sicher mit gängiger Bürosoftware um.
- Als zuverlässige, lernbereite und teamfähige Persönlichkeit findest du dich schnell in neue Aufgaben ein und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
