- Du generierst aktiv Neugeschäft bei Neu- und Bestandskund:innen durch fachkompetente Beratung
- Du betreust und entwickelst strategische Kund:innen in Kooperation mit unseren Fachabteilungen weiter
- Du planst, steuerst und setzt den Akquise-Prozess von der Kund:innenpräsentation über die Angebotserstellung bis zur selbstständigen Verhandlung von Vertragsabschlüssen um
- Du bist weltweit im Rahmen des Vertriebsaußendienstes unterwegs und verfolgst die Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst nach
- Du identifizierst potenzielle Kund:innen und deren Bedürfnisse durch Marktbeobachtung
- Du entwickelst neue Produkte in Kooperation mit den Kompetenzzentren unserer Kund:innen und unseren In-House-Expert:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life-Science (z.B. Chemie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie)
- Du bringst Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb mit, idealerweise von (bio-)pharmazeutischen Rohstoffen, und kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über interkulturelle Kompetenz und beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und souverän im Umgang mit unseren internationalen Kund:innen
- Du arbeitest team- und lösungsorientiert, bist kundenorientiert, flexibel und bereit zu reisen, und die Umzugsbereitschaft in die Region bzw. Anwesenheit am Standort Salzgitter ist erforderlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
