Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bedienen und überwachen unsere modernen Anlagen zur Herstellung von fermentierten Milchprodukten und Fruchtzubereitungen – von der Erhitzung bis zur Abfüllung.
- Sie sichern die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte durch regelmäßige Kontrollen und greifen bei Abweichungen sofort korrigierend ein.
- Sie führen Inspektionen sowie Wartungsarbeiten an den Maschinen durch und beheben Störungen im Produktionsablauf, bei Bedarf in enger Abstimmung mit dem Technik-Team.
- Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung aller Hygienerichtlinien durch die sorgfältige Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen nach festen Arbeitsanweisungen.
- Sie übernehmen die lückenlose Dokumentation und auftragsbezogene Abrechnung aller Produktionsaufträge.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit technischem Schwerpunkt (z. B. Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Mechaniker (m/w/d)) oder im Lebensmittelhandwerk (z. B. Lebensmitteltechnologe/-techniker (m/w/d), Bäcker (m/w/d), Koch (m/w/d)).
- Sie sind auch als Quereinsteiger mit einem hohen Maß an technischem Verständnis willkommen, denn „Das kann ich nicht“, gibt's nicht.
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Sie sind bereit zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht-System sowie am Wochenende.
- Sie arbeiten genau, haben ein starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein, ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
