Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren elektrotechnischen Beruf.
- Technische Zeichnungen und Schaltpläne liest und verstehst du ohne Probleme.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie gewissenhaft und bringst gerne Eigeninitiative mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gleichstrommotoren gesammelt.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und das Verstehen von Arbeitsanweisungen sprichst du sehr gut Deutsch.

Im Jahr 1999 wurde unsere Firma gegründet. Die Besonderheit bestand in der von uns mitentwickelten automatischen Fügeeinrichtung, die bis zum heutigen Tag zur Herstellung von Großserien eingesetzt wird. Ab dem Jahr 2000 erweiterten wir unsere Lüfterradfertigung um eine Entwicklungsabteilung mit eigenem Labor zur Konstruktion von Lüfterrädern und Systemen der Luftführung. . Neben vielen Kundenprojekten als reiner Entwicklungsdienstleister, arbeiteten wir als einer der Pioniere seit 2004 an der eigenen Entwicklung von SR-Motoren, welche sich durch ihre hohen Drehzahlen besonders gut für langlebige Gebläse auch unter robusteren Umweltbedingungen eignen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
