Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Betrieb der Bäder- und Fliesenausstellung
- Du führst, motivierst und planst den Einsatz des Ausstellungsteams
- Du gestaltest die Ausstellung kontinuierlich nach den aktuellen Trends und berätst Kund:innen bei der visuellen Planung von Bädern
- Du verkaufst hochwertige, teilweise technische Produkte aus den Bereichen Bad- und Wohnkeramik sowie Sanitär
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, erstellst Angebote, kalkulierst Preise und verhandelst diese
- Du erstellst Auftragsbestätigungen und Werksbestellungen und verfolgst deine Projekte nachhaltig
- Du wickelst Reklamationen ab und überzeugst unsere Kund:innen von unserem Können und unseren Qualitäten, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
- Du planst und führst Kundenveranstaltungen in der Ausstellung durch

- Mit deinem Gespür für Trends, Design und Gestaltung sowie deinem sicheren Auftreten begeisterst du unsere Kund:innen.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und bist motiviert, dich tief in unsere Sortimente einzuarbeiten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
