Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der systematischen Analyse unserer Praxen im Netzwerk
- Du lernst praxisnah, wie zentrale Kennzahlen wie Fallmix, Rebooking-Rate, Auslastung und durchschnittlicher Umsatz pro Fall eingeordnet und in konkrete operative Hebel übersetzt werden
- Du bereitest Auswertungen für die Performance-Gespräche vor und hilfst bei der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du begleitest erfahrene Coaches in Meetings mit den Praxisleitungs-Teams (PLTs) und unterstützt als Co-Pilot bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen vor Ort
- Du übernimmst schrittweise eigene Coaching-Teilbereiche und verfolgst den Fortschritt vereinbarter Maßnahmen
- Du unterstützt beim Onboarding neuer Lead Vets in zentrale Steuerungs- und Arbeitsweisen rund um Performance und Budget sowie bei der Identifikation und Dokumentation von Best Practices über mehrere Praxen hinweg

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Tiermedizin und bringst erste (ca. 3 bis 4 Jahre) praktische Erfahrung in der Kleintiermedizin mit
- Du besitzt ein starkes Grundinteresse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und möchtest lernen, wie operative KPIs eine Tierarztpraxis steuern
- Du denkst analytisch, erfasst Daten gerne strukturiert und hast Spaß daran, lösungsorientierte Ansätze zu finden
- Du bist ein:e absolute:r Teamplayer:in, hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und traust dir zu, schrittweise in eine beratende Rolle hineinzuwachsen
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Praxismanagement oder in der Mitgestaltung von Praxisabläufen, was ein großes Plus ist
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, empathisch, förderst den offenen Austausch und sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2) sowie gutes Englisch (mind. B1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
