- Du baust Conversational AI Agents in Parloa auf und konfigurierst sie
- Du setzt Anforderungen auf Basis von Jira-Tickets um
- Du tauschst dich fachlich mit Kund:innen zu Use Cases, technischen Möglichkeiten und Limitierungen aus
- Du analysierst Kundensysteme technisch, einschließlich Telefonie, Schnittstellen und Business Intelligence
- Du arbeitest bei der Konzeption und Optimierung von Voice- und Chatbots mit und dokumentierst deine Arbeit klar, strukturiert und nachvollziehbar
- Du unterstützt beim Testing, Troubleshooting und Livegang sowie bei der Zeit- und Aufwandsdokumentation im Projektkontext (Time Tracking)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in einem relevanten technischen Bereich, wie Conversational AI, Telco oder CRM
- Du bringst 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Consulting mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Telefonie, wie SIP, ACD, IVR, Weiterleitung und Routing
- Du bist vertraut mit AI-/Conversational-Plattformen, wie Parloa, Cognigy oder Dialogflow
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in IT-Architekturen, einschließlich Cloud, APIs, CRM-, ERP- oder Backend-Systeme
- Du denkst analytisch, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei komplexen Anforderungen und kommunizierst strukturiert mit Kund:innen und internen Teams
- Du bist verlässlich, eigenverantwortlich und steuerst deine Aufgaben selbstständig
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Jira und agilen Arbeitsmethoden, was ein Plus ist

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
