- Du steuerst und setzt Conversational AI Projekte um, inklusive Integrationen in Telefonsysteme, CRM, Cloud etc
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Projektziele: in time, in scope, in budget
- Du stimmst dich eng mit Kund:innen, Partner:innen und internen Teams ab
- Du übernimmst die Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung inklusive Personalverantwortung
- Du identifizierst Upselling- und Ausbaupotenziale bei Bestandskund:innen und konzipierst innovative Projektansätze, auch abseits des Standards
- Du führst Risikomanagement und Eskalationen bei kritischen Projektphasen durch und kommunizierst klar, auch bei schwierigen Themen wie Budgetüberschreitungen oder Zeitverzug

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Tech-, Software- oder Agenturumfeld
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis, z. B. für APIs, Systemlandschaften, Cloud und Datenflüsse
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Conversational AI, Telekommunikation oder Voice-Systemen, was von Vorteil ist
- Du besitzt eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit – schriftlich, mündlich und im Meeting
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, auch bei vielen parallelen Projekten, und bist souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen, auch in schwierigen Situationen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, sei es fachlich oder disziplinarisch, und sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau sowie Englisch auf Business-Level

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
