Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst und montierst moderne Kälte- und Klimaanlagen direkt bei unseren Gewerbe- und Privatkunden vor Ort.
- Du nimmst die Anlagen fachgerecht in Betrieb, prüfst die Steuer- und Regelungstechnik und übergibst sie betriebsbereit an die Kunden.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die regelmäßige Wartung und Instandhaltung der Systeme, um deren Langlebigkeit und Effizienz sicherzustellen.
- Als Experte für Störungsfälle analysierst Du Fehlerquellen systematisch und führst Reparaturen zuverlässig durch, um den reibungslosen Betrieb wiederherzustellen.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden aktiv zu Modernisierungen und zeigst ihnen auf, wie sie durch energieeffiziente Technik nachhaltig Kosten sparen können.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kälte- und Klimatechnik, bist aber auch als motivierte:r Quereinsteiger:in mit technischem Geschick herzlich willkommen.
- Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes technisches Verständnis für komplexe Anlagen mit.
- Im Umgang mit Kund:innen überzeugst du durch deine freundliche und serviceorientierte Art.
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Kund:innen vor Ort betreuen zu können.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
