Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung unseres Frontend-Teams und verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Portal Applications auf Basis von Vue.js und TypeScript.
- Du gestaltest die Frontend-Architektur, definierst technische Visionen sowie Best Practices und triffst wegweisende Entscheidungen, insbesondere bei der Integration neuer AI-Features.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und dem Backend-Team konzipierst und implementierst du neue Features und stimmst dabei Datenmodelle sowie REST-APIs und WebSockets ab.
- Durch Code Reviews, die Etablierung von Testing-Strategien und aktives Mentoring sicherst du eine hohe Codequalität und förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Teamkolleg:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit Vue 3 und TypeScript mit und kennst dich mit modernen Web-Technologien wie REST-APIs und WebSockets aus.
- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für moderne Softwarearchitekturen sowie Erfahrung mit State-Management-Lösungen wie Pinia und dem Routing in Single-Page-Applications.
- Als Impulsgeber:in für technische Entscheidungen macht es dir Freude, dein Wissen im Team zu teilen und Kolleg:innen durch Mentoring weiterzuentwickeln.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit AI-Themen wie Agentic-Patterns oder ähnlichen Konzepten gesammelt.
- Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, dein hoher Qualitätsanspruch und deine klare Kommunikation helfen dir, technische Visionen im Team und mit anderen Stakeholdern voranzutreiben.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl im Team als auch in der Dokumentation.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
