Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie fertigen eigenverantwortlich hochpräzise CNC-Bauteile vom Prototyp bis zur Kleinserie und sichern durch sorgfältige Kontrollen die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit.
- Sie rüsten moderne CNC-Fräsmaschinen, erstellen und optimieren die Programme direkt an der Maschine oder mittels CAD/CAM-Systemen wie Autodesk Inventor.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktionsabteilung wirken Sie aktiv an der Entwicklung und Fertigung von neuen Prototypen und Vorrichtungen mit.
- Sie übernehmen die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege des Maschinenparks und sichern so einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf.
- Sie verwalten eigenständig das Werkzeug- und Materiallager und koordinieren die rechtzeitige Beschaffung von Rohmaterialien und Betriebsmitteln.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Metallverarbeitung (z. B. als Zerspanungs-, Feinwerk- oder Industriemechaniker/-in).
- Im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen, Mess- und Spannmitteln sowie den dazugehörigen Werkzeugen sind Sie routiniert und sicher.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in einem CAD/CAM-System (z. B. Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks) und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der HSC-Bearbeitung.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst, wobei Sie sich als flexibler und lösungsorientierter Teamplayer einbringen.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
