- Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen und besprichst die Ergebnisse mit Mandant:innen
- Du wirkst an abwechslungsreichen Beratungsprojekten mit, z.B. bei steuerlichen Außenprüfungen oder Unternehmensnachfolge
- Du führst fachlich ein kleines Team, unterstützt es, gibst Wissen weiter und förderst die Zusammenarbeit
- Du berätst Unternehmen und Unternehmer:innen steuerlich und betriebswirtschaftlich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast das Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgelegt
- Du hast Freude an der Beratung und dem direkten Austausch mit Mandant:innen
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und im Steuerrecht
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden oder die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um; DATEV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Du bist offen für digitale Prozesse und die Online-Zusammenarbeit mit Mandant:innen aus verschiedensten Branchen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
