Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst die Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche in operativen und strategischen rechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du begleitest Infrastruktur- und Netzausbauprojekte im Telekommunikationsumfeld rechtlich
- Du identifizierst, bewertest und minimierst rechtliche Unternehmensrisiken, einschließlich datenschutzrechtlicher Fragestellungen
- Du erstellst, prüfst, verhandelst und entwickelst Verträge weiter, insbesondere mit Dienstleister:innen, Nachunternehmer:innen, Lieferant:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen
- Du stellst ein rechtssicheres Vertragsmanagement über den gesamten Vertragslebenszyklus sicher
- Du begleitest und bearbeitest juristisch Schadensfälle, Reklamationen sowie außergerichtliche Streitigkeiten
- Du korrespondierst mit Kund:innen, Geschäftspartner:innen, Behörden, Versicherungen und Rechtsanwält:innen
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst interne Richtlinien, Prozesse und Compliance-Vorgaben
- Du entwickelst und überwachst das Compliance-Management-System und setzt gesetzliche sowie regulatorische Anforderungen um
- Du steuerst externe Rechtsanwaltskanzleien und unterstützt bei gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Verfahren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Rechtsfachwirt (m/w/d) oder ein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Volljurist) oder des Wirtschaftsrechts
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Legal Counsel, Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d), Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) oder Compliance Manager (m/w/d) mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Vertragsrecht und Wirtschaftsrecht
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Telekommunikations-, IT-, Infrastruktur- oder Baurecht
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Rechtsanwält:innen und Behörden
- Du besitzt hohe Beratungskompetenz und trittst sicher auf
- Du hast ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du verfügst über wirtschaftliches Verständnis und eine pragmatische Herangehensweise
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du bist kommunikationsstark auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
