Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die organisatorische Begleitung und Optimierung interner Projekt- und Planungsprozesse
- Du steuerst und koordinierst externe Planungsbüros und prüfst sowie bewertest Planungsleistungen qualitativ
- Du bearbeitest, koordinierst und verfolgst Förderanträge sowie mitverlegungsbezogene Themen und Anträge nach
- Du steuerst und verfolgst Genehmigungsprozesse nach und kommunizierst mit Behörden, Kommunen und externen Projektpartnern
- Du prüfst und sicherst die Qualität projektbezogener Dokumentationen und Unterlagen
- Du erstellst, prüfst und stimmst Leistungsverzeichnisse in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen ab
- Du unterstützt den technischen Einkauf im Bereich Bauleistungen und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Fortschreibung von Ausbau-, Struktur- und Masterplanungen mit
- Du unterstützt und entlastest die Bereichsleitung Bau & Planung in administrativen, organisatorischen und koordinativen Themenstellungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzausbau, Projekt- und/oder Bauleitung (bevorzugt Tiefbau)
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Planung passiver Telekommunikationsnetze, Backboneanbindung & Trassenplanung
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse relevanter Gesetze, Normen, Richtlinien, sowie Genehmigungsverfahren
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Glasfasertechnik und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geoinformations-Systemen (GIS) oder ähnlicher Planungssoftware
- Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse und gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Planungs- und Organisationstalent
- Du bist flexibel und bereit zu reisen im Raum Oberbayern, vorwiegend im Großraum München
- Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
