Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Pflegeteams, verantwortest die Personaleinsatzplanung und förderst die individuelle Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden
- Du stellst eine hohe Pflegequalität sicher, entwickelst unsere Pflegestandards kontinuierlich weiter und organisierst regelmäßige Pflegevisiten sowie Teambesprechungen
- Du steuerst die Dienstplangestaltung unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben, überwachst die Pflegedokumentation – unterstützt durch unser System MediFox – und arbeitest eng mit der Datenauswertungsstelle zusammen
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson bereitest du Prüfungen durch den MDK sowie die FQA professionell vor und begleitest diese souverän
- Du pflegst einen vertrauensvollen Austausch mit unseren Klientinnen und Klienten sowie deren Angehörigen und stehst ihnen beratend zur Seite

Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft und idealerweise die Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (PDL) nach SGB XI
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege mit und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln
- Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher und hast bestenfalls schon mit einer Pflegesoftware wie MediFox gearbeitet
- Mit deiner empathischen und kommunikationsstarken Art führst du dein Team wertschätzend, denkst wirtschaftlich und behältst stets den Überblick
