Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du führst und motivierst dein Hauswirtschaftsteam, übernimmst die komplette Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung und kümmerst dich um die Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Du verantwortest die reibungslose Organisation der Bereiche Reinigung, Service sowie Verpflegung und sorgst so für einen angenehmen Wohnalltag
- Du stellst die Umsetzung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards sicher und bist für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften verantwortlich
- Du steuerst die Warenwirtschaft von der Bestellung bis zur Inventur und gestaltest aktiv die Speisepläne, um für eine ausgewogene Ernährung unserer Bewohner zu sorgen
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Bewohner, Angehörige und Lieferanten arbeitest du eng mit den Teams aus Pflege und Verwaltung zusammen

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hauswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich – erste Leitungserfahrung ist dabei ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du kennst dich mit den relevanten Hygienevorgaben, dem Lebensmittelrecht und der Arbeitsorganisation bestens aus
- Als empathische Führungspersönlichkeit motivierst du dein Team und behältst dabei stets die Wünsche unserer Bewohner*innen im Blick
- Du begegnest unseren Bewohner*innen mit Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und einer positiven Ausstrahlung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
