Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest unsere lokalen und regionalen Baustellen zusammen mit deinem Projektleiter (m/w/d). Vor Ort koordinierst du Monteur:innen, Nachunternehmer:innen und Material und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Beteiligten
- Du behältst den Überblick über Pläne und Dokumente, arbeitest eng mit unseren Planungsabteilungen zusammen, dokumentierst Änderungen und gibst die Unterlagen direkt an die Montage weiter
- Du setzt die Leistungsbeschreibung fachgerecht um, übernimmst die technische und vertragliche Umsetzung der Aufträge und stellst sicher, dass die geforderte Qualität erreicht wird
- Du planst und überwachst Termine, koordinierst Personal und Material, behältst das Baustellenlager im Blick und erstellst Aufmaße sowie Regieberichte – immer in enger Abstimmung mit deinem Projektleiter (m/w/d)
- Du führst dein Team sicher und verantwortungsbewusst, sorgst für sichere Arbeitsbedingungen und stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorgaben sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Elektrofachkraft mit abgeschlossener technischer Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Elektroniker:in, Elektrotechniker:in oder Elektroinstallateur:in
- Du hast idealerweise eine technische Weiterbildung (z. B. Meister:in, Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation), die deine praktische Erfahrung ergänzt
- Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik, im Bau von Elektroanlagen oder in der Gebäudetechnik
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften, insbesondere DIN- und VDE-Vorschriften, VOB Teil B/C sowie Leitungsanlagen-Richtlinien (LAR)
- Du bist in der Lage, Teams aus Elektriker:innen, Techniker:innen und Subunternehmer:innen fachlich zu führen, zu motivieren und effizient einzusetzen
