Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche Steuerung und Organisation der Projekte – von der Auftragsabwicklung über die Personal- und Montageeinsatzplanung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme der Leistungen
- Sie erstellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Planungsabteilung Werk- und Montagepläne und koordinieren interne sowie externe Projektbeteiligte
- Sie kalkulieren Nachtragsangebote gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb und sind für die fristgerechte Erstellung von Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen verantwortlich
- Sie steuern Projekte kostenbewusst und transparent, achten auf Termine und Qualität und stellen die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsvorgaben sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine technische Qualifikation mit, beispielsweise als Techniker:in, Meister:in oder durch ein Studium im Bereich Medientechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Veranstaltungstechnik
- Sie haben fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der technischen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Projekten und Baustellen und verantworten Planung, Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten aus, ebenso wie durch eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise – auch in komplexen Situationen
- Sie zeigen im Team und im Kontakt mit Projektbeteiligten Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und überzeugen durch Kooperationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
