Was erwartet dich?
- Disposition und Koordination unseres Kundenservice
- Telefonische Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden bei technischen Störungen und Fragestellungen rund um ihre Anlagen
- Bewertung von Betriebsdaten und Anlagenzuständen zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Fehlfunktionen
- Aktive Fehleranalyse und technische Bewertung von Kundenanlagen vor Ort und per Fernzugriff
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Fehleranalysen und Störungsbeseitigungen an Fernwärme- und Kundenanlagen vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der SHK-Branche mit, idealerweise bereits im Kundenservice oder in einer koordinierenden Rolle.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Hydraulik und Regelungstechnik – Erfahrung im Bereich Fernwärme ist ein Plus.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und kundenorientiert, wobei du dein technisches Verständnis klar kommunizieren kannst.
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Kolleg:innen ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
