Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren die finanz- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zahlen und deren Abweichungen
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung und Überwachung der Budgets mit und führen das Projekt-, Kosten- und Maßnahmencontrolling durch
- Sie betreuen das Reporting-System und entwickeln es weiter
- Sie begleiten alle Aktivitäten im Rahmen der Erstellung der Trennungsrechnung
- Sie wirken an der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und von Reportings mit
- Sie arbeiten im Bereich Buchhaltung mit und erstellen Standardberichte für die Geschäftsleitung und die Gremien

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, einschlägiges Hochschulstudium im Bereich Controlling / Rechnungswesen oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aus- und/oder Fortbildung in dieser Fachrichtung oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Abweichungsanalysen sowie Budgetierung
- Sie sind souverän im Umgang mit analytischen Tools (z. B. Excel, Datenbanken, Business Intelligence Tools) und besitzen eine hohe IT-Affinität
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrungen mit gängigen ERP- (vorzugsweise Sage 100) und Financial Reporting Systemen (z. B. Lucanet)
- Sie bringen Ihre ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten selbstständig, lösungsorientiert, strukturiert und sorgfältig ein und überzeugen durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leidenschaft für Ihren Aufgabenbereich
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
