Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines bis zu 30-köpfigen Schicht-Teams, förderst die individuelle Weiterentwicklung und schaffst durch tägliche Stand-Ups und regelmäßiges Feedback ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du steuerst und organisierst die Produktionsabläufe deiner Schicht und stellst durch die Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen eine hohe Produktqualität und Effizienz sicher.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement und KVP-Team identifizierst du Optimierungspotenziale und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse voran.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Instandhaltung zusammen, um die maximale Verfügbarkeit der Maschinen und Anlagen zu gewährleisten und Störungen proaktiv zu minimieren.
- Du verantwortest die konsequente Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Industriebetrieb und bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in der Führung operativer Teams.
- Mit deiner positiven und kommunikativen Art schaffst du es, dein Team zu motivieren und für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern.
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, packst gerne selbst mit an und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen.
- Die Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System ist für dich selbstverständlich und passt gut in deinen Alltag.
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.
