- Du optimierst eigenverantwortlich unsere Funnel-Struktur über alle Paid-Kanäle hinweg, um die Conversion Rates nachhaltig zu maximieren
- Du konzipierst und steuerst unsere Kampagnen auf Google, Meta und YouTube mit klarem Fokus auf Performance und ROAS
- Du überwachst die gesamte Customer Journey und nimmst kontinuierlich datengetriebene Anpassungen vor, um die Zielgruppenansprache zu schärfen
- Du analysierst relevante Kennzahlen eigenständig und lieferst uns transparente, handlungsorientierte Reportings zu Performance und ROI
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Expert:innen zusammen, um basierend auf deinen Datenanalysen die besten Ad-Creatives und Inhalte zu entwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre fundierte Projekterfahrung im Performance-Marketing mit und hast nachweislich erfolgreiche Kampagnen (Lead-Gen oder E-Commerce) eigenständig skaliert – idealerweise im FinTech- oder Finanzsektor.
- Du arbeitest eigenmotiviert sowie ergebnisorientiert und für dich ist agiles Projektmanagement gelebte Praxis statt nur ein Schlagwort.
- Du übernimmst die volle Ownership für deinen Bereich, denkst strategisch voraus, setzt aber auch Kampagnen und Tracking-Setups selbst operativ um.
- Dank deiner starken analytischen Fähigkeiten triffst du datenbasierte Entscheidungen, behältst den ROI immer im Blick und setzt deine Strategien strukturiert um.
- Für treffsichere Anzeigentexte sprichst du Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch im Team mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
