Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten sowie Bearbeitung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Personalvorgänge
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte, Sozialversicherungsträger, Krankenkassen und Behörden in abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Meldungen, Statistiken und Auswertungen im Rahmen der Entgeltabrechnung
- Bearbeitung von Fehlzeiten, Krankmeldungen, Mutterschutz, Elternzeit sowie sonstigen personalrelevanten Sachverhalten
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Prüfungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Payroll- und Personalprozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Personal, Finanzbuchhaltung und den Führungskräften unserer Standorte

Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Steuer-, Personal- oder Verwaltungsbereich, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV, idealerweise DATEV LODAS, sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Personal- und Entgeltdaten
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
- Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler HR- und Payroll-Prozesse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
