Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst den gesamten operativen Bestellprozess für technische Waren und Dienstleistungen, von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zur Abwicklung in unserem ERP-System (z.B. SAP R/3).
- Du holst Angebote bei unseren Lieferanten ein, vergleichst diese sorgfältig und führst die gesamte Korrespondenz rund um die Bestellung.
- Du überwachst proaktiv Liefertermine, stellst eine pünktliche Belieferung sicher und bearbeitest eigenständig Reklamationen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle stimmst Du dich eng mit unseren Lieferanten sowie internen Abteilungen wie der Produktion und dem Lager ab.
- Du wirkst bei der Auswahl und Bewertung von Lieferanten mit und unterstützt bei Bedarf tatkräftig im Wareneingang und Versand.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Mit deinen sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen und deiner Kommunikationsstärke überzeugst du im Kontakt mit Lieferanten und internen Teams.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert sowie selbstständig und behältst bei Bestellungen und Terminen stets den Überblick.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf mit, gerne aus einem technischen oder produzierenden Umfeld.
- Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System (z. B. SAP) und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse sind ein klares Plus.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
