Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere militärischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Kund:innen und begleitest sie partnerschaftlich im Tagesgeschäft.
- Basierend auf den Anforderungen des Außendienstes erstellst und kalkulierst du passgenaue Angebote in unserem ERP-System und bereitest alle technischen Unterlagen vor.
- Du verantwortest die regelkonforme Erstellung aller militärischen und regulatorischen Dokumente (z. B. für BAAINBw, Preisprüfung, Exportkontrolle) und stellst so die Compliance sicher.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Außendienst, Technik und Kund:innen steuerst du den Informationsfluss und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder im technischen Projektmanagement gesammelt.
- Idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse aus dem militärischen Umfeld mit (z. B. BAAINBw, Preisprüfung, Exportkontrolle).
- Du gehst sicher mit technischen Unterlagen sowie gängigen ERP-Systemen um.
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Präzision und deine kommunikative Art zeichnen dich als Teamplayer aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.
