Ihre Aufgaben:
- Software Engineering & Architektur: Sie analysieren Anforderungen der Fachbereiche, erstellen Konzepte und setzen diese um. Bei Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen stehen Sie der Teamleitung als starker Partner zur Seite.
- Qualität & DevOps: Sie verantworten Softwaretests, Dokumentationen und den Aufbau sowie die Pflege moderner CI/CD-Pipelines.
- Teambau & Prozesse: Sie unterstützen die Teamleitung aktiv beim Aufbau des internen Entwicklungs-Teams, begleiten das Onboarding neuer Kollegen und optimieren unsere Entwicklungsstandards.
- Projekt- & Partnermanagement: Sie steuern IT-Projekte und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern rund um die ear-Software.

Das bringen Sie mit
- Fundament: Ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. Ihr Deutsch ist verhandlungssicher (mind. C1).
- Tech-Stack: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Java-Webentwicklung (JEE) sowie im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL, Oracle).
- DevOps & Qualität: Routine mit CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab), Containerisierung (Docker) und den gängigen Betriebssystemen (Linux/Windows) sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Arbeitsweise: Ein analytischer, strukturierter Arbeitsstil, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und die Motivation, das eigene Wissen stetig zu erweitern und im Team zu teilen.

About stiftung elektro-altgeräte register
Die stiftung ear registriert u.a. Hersteller von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten sowie von Batterien, koordiniert die Abholung der Elektro-Altgeräte bei den öffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträgern und lässt Organisationen für Herstellerverantwortung für Altbatterien zu. Für diese Aufgaben wurde sie vom Umweltbundesamt mit der Wahrnehmung hoheitlicher Aufgaben nach dem Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz und dem Batterierecht beliehen. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
