Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den strategischen Aufbau und die operative Leitung unserer neuen Niederlassung in Berlin und stellen so die Weichen für nachhaltiges Wachstum.
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung Ihres Teams, fördern die individuelle Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden und schaffen ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren lokale Vertriebsstrategien, um unsere Marktposition in der Region zu stärken und die gesetzten Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
- Sie steuern alle betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen, verantworten das Budget der Niederlassung und berichten die Ergebnisse direkt an die Geschäftsführung.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner in Berlin arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Zentralabteilungen wie Marketing und Vertrieb zusammen, um Synergien zu nutzen und gemeinsame Erfolge zu erzielen.
