Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung unserer Bauprojekte im Tief- und Hochbau.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst Du souverän die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Projektteams, externen Partnern, Fachplanern und Behörden.
- Du erstellst und prüfst eigenständig technische Berechnungen sowie Zeichnungen mittels AutoCAD und erarbeitest Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
- Du steuerst aktiv den Projektverlauf und stellst dabei die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Budgets sicher.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen kompetent zu zukunftsweisenden Themen wie moderner Baukultur, Hochwasserschutz und nachhaltiger Infrastrukturentwicklung.
- Zusätzlich wirkst Du bei der Akquise neuer Projekte mit und unterstützt beim Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fach abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder im Projektmanagement mit.
- Deine Expertise liegt im Tiefbau, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in der Statik und Bautechnik.
- Du berätst souverän zu zukunftsweisenden Themen wie Hochwasserschutz, Regenwasserbewirtschaftung und nachhaltiger Infrastrukturentwicklung.
- Im Umgang mit branchenüblicher Software, beispielsweise AutoCAD und Ausschreibungsprogrammen, bist du versiert.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit treibst du Projekte erfolgreich voran.
- Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnisse (C1) runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
