Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbuchst die monatlichen Kreditkartenabrechnungen
- Du prüfst sowie erfasst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen ordnungsgemäß
- Du führst die Zahlläufe durch
- Du klärst offene Posten und überwachst die Zahlungsvorgänge
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und bist Ansprechpartner:in für buchhalterische Fragestellungen anderer Abteilungen
- Du wirkst an der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie der Einführung neuer Tools (z.B. im Bereich Reisekosten) mit und arbeitest in spannenden Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich Digitalisierung, mit der Möglichkeit, eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte zu übernehmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), oder Kaufmann für Büromanagement) und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV Unternehmen Online sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie eigenständig und du hast Freude daran, dich aktiv ins Team einzubringen.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Optimierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen gesammelt.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
