Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung und Koordination unserer SHK-Bauprojekte – vom Neubau über die Sanierung bis hin zu Kundendiensteinsätzen.
- Du planst den Einsatz deines Teams sowie die Materialbeschaffung und stellst mit Tools wie MS Project eine reibungslose Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der Bauprozesse sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Teamleitern und Vorarbeitern führst du technische Leistungskontrollen durch und überwachst die Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards und rechtlichen Vorgaben.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitende leitest du Bausitzungen, besichtigst Projekte vor Ort und vertrittst diese souverän nach außen.
- Du überwachst aktiv Gewährleistungen, betreust bestehende Wartungsverträge und sicherst so die langfristige Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich oder Ingenieursstudium
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterqualifikation Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK)
- Du hast mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SHK-Handwerk
- Du hast sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung mit dem Lesen und Zeichnen von Bauplänen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Du hast hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein kundenorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse mit dem Microsoft Office Paket (insbes. Word und Excel), inkl. MS Project
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
