- Sie wickeln Aufträge vom Eingang bis zur Auslieferung zuverlässig und vollständig ab
- Sie erstellen individuelle Angebote für Kund:innen und verfolgen diese aktiv nach
- Sie betreuen und pflegen unsere Bestandskund:innen als fester Ansprechpartner im Innendienst
- Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen lösungsorientiert und sorgen für eine schnelle, saubere Klärung
- Sie übernehmen administrative Aufgaben wie Ablage, Datenpflege und allgemeine Büroorganisation

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbar)
- Sie überzeugen mit Verhandlungsgeschick und einem freundlichen, sicheren Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
- Sie arbeiten routiniert mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung im Tiefbau- oder Elektrobereich ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
