Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern Aufträge von Tiefbau- und Elektrobetrieben von der Erfassung über die Logistik bis zur Auslieferung auf die Baustelle
- In Abstimmung mit dem Außendienst erstellen Sie Angebote für Bauprojekte und fassen proaktiv nach
- Sie beraten Bestandskunden fachkundig zu Sortiment und Lieferoptionen
- Reklamationen lösen Sie eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie pflegen Stammdaten und erstellen Reportings für das Vertriebsteam

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau- oder Elektrobereich, idealerweise im Handel oder Innendienst
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Groß- und Außenhandel oder Büromanagement
- Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten im Kundenkontakt und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
