Was erwartet dich?
- Du organisierst eigenverantwortlich Kundenprojekte, wie Neuinstallationen, Datenmigrationen und Erweiterungen unserer Softwarelösungen: UMO, ADL, ALMA, Smart-Lock
- Du berätst Kund:innen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit ihnen optimale Systemkonfigurationen
- Du planst, steuerst und koordinierst alle Projektphasen bis zum Go-Live, einschließlich Azure-Setups, Bereitstellung von SIP-Trunks, Schulungen und Systemtests
- Du setzt teilweise Konfigurationen innerhalb der Softwarelösungen um und definierst, dokumentierst sowie stellst die Erfüllung von Abnahmekriterien sicher
- Du übergibst die produktiven Systeme an den Support mit vollständiger Dokumentation und stimmst Kundenanforderungen hinsichtlich Funktionserweiterungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb ab
- Du bist im kontinuierlichen Austausch mit dem Produktmanagement zur Weiterentwicklung der Lösungen und unterstützt vertriebliche Aktivitäten, wie Produktdemonstrationen und Messeauftritte, mit gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen von Projekten und Kundenterminen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise im Software-/IT-Umfeld
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien, insbesondere Microsoft Azure, VoIP/SIP oder IT-Infrastruktur, die von Vorteil sind
- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Verständnis für Softwareimplementierungen und Systemkonfigurationen sowie Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten und technischen Lösungen
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, hohe Kundenorientierung und eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, bereichsübergreifendes Denken und bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen (C2) sowie guten Englischkenntnissen (mind. B2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
