Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur sicher, indem du die Hard- und Software sowie das Netzwerk eigenständig betreust und wartest.
- Als zentrale Anlaufstelle für IT-Fragen berätst du deine Kolleg:innen und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei Digitalisierungs- und IT-Security-Projekten mit und bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Systemlandschaft ein.
- Du unterstützt das gesamte Team als Experte für Microsoft Office und sorgst dafür, dass alle Anwenderfragen schnell und kompetent gelöst werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in, Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Digitalisierungs- oder IT-System-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst ein breites Wissen in der Betreuung von Hard- und Software sowie Netzwerken mit und bist versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen in IT-Projekten sammeln und verstehst es, Themen strukturiert und analytisch anzugehen.
- Mit deiner kommunikativen und serviceorientierten Art bist du eine hilfsbereite Ansprechperson für das Team und trittst auch gegenüber Dienstleistern sicher auf.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
