Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Finanz- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Du führst Zahlungsläufe durch und überwachst sowie klärst offene Posten
- Du erstellst und überprüfst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB einschließlich Berichtswesen
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich und gibst fristgerecht Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen ab und stellst das steuerliche Meldewesen sicher (u. a. Intrastat und Zusammenfassende Meldungen)
- Du optimierst, standardisierst und digitalisierst Finanzbuchhaltungsprozesse unter Einsatz moderner Tools, digitaler Workflows und perspektivisch KI-gestützter Lösungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit
- Du identifizierst und setzt Automatisierungslösungen um, um manuelle Routinetätigkeiten zu reduzieren
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Controlling zusammen und stellst eine präzise und verlässliche Buchhaltung als Grundlage für aussagekräftige Reportings, belastbare Analysen und fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen sicher
- Du bist Ansprechperson und begleitest Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bilanz- und Steuerrecht nach HGB
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und hast sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
