- Du verstärkst unser Versandteam
- Du koordinierst die Auslieferungen innerhalb des regionalen Nahverkehrs
- Du überprüfst und bearbeitest Reklamationen
- Du überwachst die Prüftermine des Fuhrparks
- Du führst und steuerst operativ die Versandprozesse in deiner Schicht
- Du koordinierst und planst den Einsatz der Mitarbeitenden und stellst die optimale Ressourcenauslastung sicher
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Lieferterminen, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
- Du führst das Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und nimmst an Mitarbeitergesprächen teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik/Lagerwirtschaft
- Du bringst ab zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Logistik mit, vorzugsweise im Versandbereich
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist belastbar und durchsetzungsfähig, auch in stressigen Situationen
- Du hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP, Lagerverwaltungssysteme, MS Office)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du besitzt idealerweise einen Staplerschein und die Fahrerlaubnis CE
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Ladungssicherung
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist teamfähig, organisationsfähig, kommunikationsfähig und belastbar
- Du bist bereit zur Schichtarbeit (Tag/Spät/Nacht)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
