Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die operative Verantwortung für den gesamten Payment-Bereich, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf das Kartenterminalgeschäft.
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen mit und unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und digitaler Services im Zahlungsverkehr.
- Sie verwalten und betreuen unsere Online-Zahlungssysteme, richten neue Kartenterminals ein und stellen deren reibungslosen Betrieb sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie interne sowie externe Kund:innen und stimmen sich eng mit externen Dienstleistern und Fachbereichen ab.
- Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Anfragen sowie Reklamationen und sorgen durch die Pflege von Vertrags- und Produktdaten für eine hohe Servicequalität.

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bankenumfeld, bildet Ihre Basis.
- Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich elektronischer Bankdienstleistungen oder im Zahlungsverkehr mit.
- Ihre hohe technische Affinität und Ihr Interesse an digitalen Payment-Lösungen zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie überzeugen durch eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Ihre Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).
