Was erwartet dich?
- Du gewinnst aktiv Neukund:innen – auch über gezielte Kaltakquise – und erschließt neue Märkte mit hohem Potenzial
- Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen in der Chemie- und Prozessindustrie aus und entwickelst sie langfristig weiter
- Du berätst deine Kund:innen technisch fundiert bei Projekten im Anlagen-, Apparate- und Tankbau und entwickelst gemeinsam die passende Lösung
- Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der ersten Anfrage über die Angebotserstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Du bist überwiegend deutschlandweit im Außendienst unterwegs (ca. 20–50 % Reiseanteil) und übernimmst gelegentlich auch internationale Projekteinsätze

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb mit – Erfahrung in der Chemie- oder Prozessindustrie ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Kund:innen zu und hast Freude an der Kaltakquise und am Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Du erklärst technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und überzeugst im persönlichen Gespräch ebenso wie in der Präsentation
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, bist bereit für regelmäßige Reisen im Inland sowie gelegentliche internationale Einsätze und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
