Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau, als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder einer vergleichbaren Branche
- Du hast idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft (z. B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, IHK-Zertifizierung) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
- Du konntest bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung auf dem regionalen Immobilienmarkt in Nordhessen sammeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, ein hohes Maß an Transparenz sowie echtes menschliches Einfühlungsvermögen aus
- Du hast eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ein professionelles Auftreten und Freude am engen persönlichen Kontakt mit Kund:innen
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
