Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwerfen und bearbeiten anspruchsvolle Planunterlagen für Neu- und Bestandsbauten und setzen diese präzise mit ArchiCAD in Grundrissen, Schnitten und Details um.
- Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle und koordinieren sich eng mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und Behörden, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicherzustellen.
- Sie führen eigenständig Gebäudeaufmaße durch und überführen die gewonnenen Daten sorgfältig in unser CAD-System zur weiteren Planung.
- Sie übernehmen die Auswertung von Projekten durch die Erstellung von Raumlisten, Flächenzusammenstellungen und die präzise Massenermittlung.
- Sie bringen Ihre Expertise aktiv in die Ausführungsplanung ein und tragen maßgeblich zur konstruktiven Detaillierung der Bauvorhaben bei.

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Im Umgang mit ArchiCAD sind Sie versiert und können auch komplexe Baukörper sowie mehrschichtige Bauteile sicher modellieren und in Layouts überführen.
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Baukonstruktion mit und haben Erfahrung in der Aufmaßaufnahme und deren digitaler Weiterverarbeitung.
- In der Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Ingenieurbüros und Behörden treten Sie sicher und professionell auf.
- Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Wärmeschutz, Schallschutz und Gebäudetechnik sind ein willkommenes Plus.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
