Was erwartet dich?
- Gemeinsam im Team stellst du Straßen, Wege und Plätze her und baust dabei fachgerecht Asphalt, Pflaster und Bordsteine ein.
- Du übernimmst die Verlegung von Entwässerungsleitungen sowie Abwasserkanälen und schließt die zugehörigen Schachtbauwerke an.
- Du bedienst Baumaschinen, um eigenständig Erd- und Verbauarbeiten durchzuführen und Baugruben sowie Leitungsgräben sicher auszuheben.
- Mithilfe moderner Messgeräte wie Laser und Nivellierer setzt du Ausführungspläne präzise um und sorgst für die exakte Höhenlage der Bauteile.
- Du unterstützt bei der Qualitätskontrolle, führst Dichtheitsprüfungen durch und bereitest alles für eine reibungslose Bauabnahme vor.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Straßenbauer, Kanalbauer oder Tiefbaufacharbeiter (m/w/d) oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Erfahrung mit.
- Du gehst sicher mit modernen Bau- und Messgeräten (z. B. Nivellierer, Laser) um und setzt Ausführungspläne präzise und eigenständig um.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein packst du gerne tatkräftig mit an und schätzt die Arbeit an der frischen Luft.
- Du besitzt mindestens den Führerschein der Klasse B – idealerweise hast du sogar die Klasse C1, C oder CE.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und auf der Baustelle sprichst du gut Deutsch (mindestens B1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
