Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen und disponieren eigenständig die Touren für unseren Stückgut-Nahverkehr und stellen so eine pünktliche und effiziente Auslieferung sicher.
- Sie überwachen aktiv den Transportverlauf, vergeben den Sendungsstatus und greifen bei Abweichungen sofort ein, um unsere Qualitätsstandards zu garantieren.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehen Sie in engem Austausch mit unseren Fahrern, dem Lager und dem Kundenservice, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu koordinieren.
- Sie pflegen sorgfältig alle relevanten Stammdaten in unserem Transportmanagementsystem (TMS) und bearbeiten die dazugehörigen Frachtdokumente.
- Je nach Ihren Stärken und Interessen haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sich auf die Zustell- oder Abholdisposition zu spezialisieren und Ihr Fachwissen zu vertiefen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung und/oder eine andere kfm. Ausbildung mit Erfahrungen im Bereich der Netzwerkspedition
- Wünschenswert Berufserfahrung in der Organisation von Transportdienstleistungen, allerdings bieten wir auch gern Quereinsteigern eine spannende Perspektive
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office - und E-Mail - Anwendungen sind Sie routiniert
- Planungs- und Organisationstalent
