Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Leitung von Sicherheitstechnik-Projekten auf Baustellen in ganz Deutschland – von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Du führst und motivierst dein Team aus Monteuren sowie Technikern, erstellst die Personaleinsatzplanung und förderst aktiv die Entwicklung eurer Auszubildenden.
- Du koordinierst die technischen Gewerke (BMA, SAA, EMA, Video) und stellst durch die Prüfung von Installationsplänen sicher, dass Systeme von Herstellern wie Honeywell oder Hekatron normgerecht verbaut werden.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Abteilungen stellst du die Einhaltung der VOB sicher und pflegst die Projektdokumentation.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Bauwesen oder ähnlich qualifiziert
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Sicherheitstechnik mit, idealerweise mit Systemen von Herstellern wie Honeywell, Esser oder Hekatron.
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Bauleitung sammeln, kennst dich mit der VOB aus und bist sicher im Umgang mit den relevanten Normen (z. B. MLAR).
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig sowie strukturiert und du gehst sicher mit Microsoft 365 um.
- Als Teamplayer:in bringst du die für den deutschlandweiten Einsatz nötige Flexibilität und einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich souverän mit Kunden und deinem Team abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
