Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Herstellung und Montage von Metallkonstruktionen, die Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten sowie die Bearbeitung verschiedener Werkstoffe. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an bestehenden Konstruktionen und arbeiten eigenverantwortlich sowohl in der Werkstatt als auch auf Baustellen.
Sie werden Teil eines handwerklich geprägten Teams, in dem Präzision, technisches Verständnis und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise im Mittelpunkt stehen. Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist sind dabei ebenso gefragt wie Freude an der Umsetzung individueller Kundenlösungen.
Die Position eignet sich besonders für ausgebildete Metallbauer, Schlosser oder Bewerber mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation, die ihre Erfahrung im Metallbau einbringen und an vielseitigen Projekten mitarbeiten möchten.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie fertigen und montieren maßgeschneiderte Bauteile wie Treppen, Geländer oder Fassadenelemente aus Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium.
- Sie verbinden die einzelnen Komponenten durch präzise Schweißarbeiten und stellen so die Stabilität und Langlebigkeit der Konstruktionen sicher.
- Sie übernehmen die fachgerechte Wartung und Reparatur bestehender Metallbauten, sowohl in unserer Werkstatt als auch bei Kunden vor Ort.
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich nach technischen Zeichnungen und stimmen sich bei Bedarf eng mit der Projektleitung ab.
- Sie führen Qualitätsprüfungen durch und verantworten die finale Montage, um ein einwandfreies Ergebnis zu garantieren.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer:in, Schlosser:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen fundierte Schweißkenntnisse mit und zeichnen sich durch handwerkliches Geschick sowie technisches Verständnis aus.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig und eigeninitiativ, gleichzeitig sind Sie ein echter Teamplayer.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise auch die Klasse BE.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und auf der Baustelle kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
