Deine Aufgaben – du bist unsere erste Stimme im First Level Support:
- Du übernimmst den telefonischen First Level Support und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden – der Inbound-Telefondienst ist der zentrale Bestandteil deiner täglichen Arbeit
- Du beantwortest selbstständig eine Vielzahl an Kundenanfragen – zu Produkten, Aufträgen, Lieferstatus, Reklamationen und allgemeinen Anliegen
- Wenn du nicht die richtige Ansprechperson bist, leitest du das Gespräch professionell an die zuständige Abteilung weiter
- Du dokumentierst alle Kundenanliegen im System und sicherst damit die Nachvollziehbarkeit und Qualität der Bearbeitung
- Du bearbeitest Aufträge, prüfst Verfügbarkeiten und unterstützt bei der schnellen Klärung von Reklamationen
- Du wirkst bei telefonischen Informationskampagnen mit – zum Beispiel zu neuen Produkten oder Serviceangeboten
- Pflege von Kunden- und Stammdaten sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Büroalltag runden dein Aufgabenprofil ab

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – gern mit medizinischem Bezug (zum Beispiel Gesundheitswesen, Apotheken, Sanitätshäuser) – aber kein Muss
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Anwendungen (MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
