In dieser Schlüsselrolle trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, die Lebensqualität unserer Kunden zu verbessern und die hohen Standards unseres Unternehmens im Gesundheitswesen zu sichern.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden aus dem Gesundheitswesen und berätst sie kompetent und serviceorientiert am Telefon.
- Du nimmst Aufträge entgegen, bearbeitest diese sorgfältig in unserem ERP-System und verfolgst den gesamten Prozess bis zur Auslieferung.
- Du findest bei Reklamationen schnelle und kundenfreundliche Lösungen und behältst dabei die Warenbestände im Blick.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und der Logistik stellst Du eine reibungslose Kundenversorgung sicher.
- Du pflegst gewissenhaft die Kundenstammdaten und unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Tätigkeiten mit MS Office.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – bevorzugt mit medizinischem Bezug
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Anwendungen (MS Office, ERP-Systeme etc.)
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation am Telefon und im Team
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
