Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei Problemen und nimmst telefonische Kundenanfragen und Störungsmeldungen rund um unsere Pool- und Wellnessanlagen entgegen.
- Du bietest technische Telefonberatung an und dank deines Verständnisses für Pooltechnik (Pumpen, Filteranlagen, Wasseraufbereitung, Steuerungen) kannst du viele Probleme direkt am Telefon analysieren und lösen.
- Du kalkulierst und erstellst passgenaue Angebote für unsere Kund:innen, beispielsweise für benötigte Ersatzteile, anstehende Reparaturen oder Serviceeinsätze.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung im Büro- oder Assistenzbereich und bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC.
- Idealerweise bringst du eine technische oder handwerkliche Affinität mit (z. B. aus SHK, Elektrik oder als passionierter Heimwerker), um technische Zusammenhänge schnell zu verstehen.
- Mit deiner strukturierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise behältst du stets den Überblick und hast Freude daran, Problemen analytisch auf den Grund zu gehen.
- Als Kommunikationstalent bleibst du auch bei kniffligen Kundenanfragen ruhig sowie geduldig und erklärst technische Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
