  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein umsatzstarkes Portfolio der Gastgeber*innen in Bayern und bist ihr strategischer Business-Partner auf Augenhöhe
  • Du bist regelmäßig vor Ort, baust durch persönliche Präsenz starke Beziehungen auf und treibst gemeinsam mit deinen Top-Accounts das Umsatzwachstum voran
  • Du analysierst Performance-Daten deiner Gastgeber*innen, identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale und entwickelst eine lösungsorientierte Strategie zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • Du optimierst Inserate, berätst zu Preisen und Verfügbarkeit und sorgst dafür, dass deine Partner maximale Buchungen und den höchstmöglichen Umsatz erzielen
  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich Mail-Kampagnen durch, um deine Accounts gezielt zu aktivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du organisierst Gastgeber-Events, um ein starkes regionales Netzwerk aufzubauen und die Bindung zu unseren Partnern zu stärken
  • Du begleitest neue Gastgeber*innen auf dem Weg zur ersten Buchung, arbeitest eng mit unseren Sales Managern zusammen, die das Onboarding übernehmen, und stellst sicher, dass das Inserat gemeinsam mit dem Gastgeber optimiert, erfolgreich gelistet und auf Wachstum ausgerichtet ist
  • Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit den DACH- und internationalen Account Managern aus, um Best Practices und Wissenstransfer innerhalb der unternehmensinternen Community zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung als Account Manager (m/w/d), Key Account Manager (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Rolle mit
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, in allen Situationen freundlich und ruhig zu bleiben
  • Du denkst kundenorientiert, problemlösend, unternehmerisch, arbeitest datengetrieben und hast den Ehrgeiz, messbare Ergebnisse zu liefern
  • Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien und die Reisebranche

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
