Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere B2B-Partner (Handwerker, Fachbetriebe) und berätst sie kompetent am Telefon zu allen technischen Fragen rund um unsere Klima- und Wärmetechnik.
- Du analysierst eigenständig Störungen und leitest deine Gesprächspartner Schritt für Schritt bei der Fehlersuche und -beseitigung direkt an der Anlage an.
- Du unterstützt bei der Inbetriebnahme neu installierter Anlagen und stellst sicher, dass von Anfang an alles reibungslos funktioniert.
- Du gibst proaktiv Empfehlungen für energieeffizientere Einstellungen in der Softwaresteuerung und hilfst unseren Kunden so, nachhaltiger zu wirtschaften.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet dein Fundament.
- Du bringst praktische Berufserfahrung aus der Kälte-, Klima- oder Heizungstechnik mit und kennst die Herausforderungen vor Ort aus eigener Hand.
- Es macht dir Spaß, dein technisches Wissen am Telefon zu teilen und auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären.
- Mit deiner kundenorientierten und geduldigen Art findest du auch in kniffligen Situationen immer die passende Lösung für deine Ansprechpartner.
- Du kommunizierst sicher und fließend auf Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Beratung zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
