- Sie führen fachliche Visitationen der Standorte im Bereich Intensivpflege durch
- Sie schulen und leiten Pflegekräfte sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch an
- Sie stellen Pflegestandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien sicher und entwickeln diese weiter
- Sie erkennen Verbesserungspotenziale und setzen Optimierungsmaßnahmen aktiv um
- Sie beraten und unterstützen die Teams vor Ort fachlich
- Sie koordinieren zwischen Standorten, Pflege, Leitung und ggf. externen Partner:innen und arbeiten bei Einarbeitung, Konzeptentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über eine Zusatzqualifikation in der außerklinischen Intensiv- und Beatmungspflege, eine Fachweiterbildung in Anästhesie- und Intensivpflege, sind Pflegeexpert:in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege oder haben eine vergleichbare Fachweiterbildung
- Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Intensivpflege
- Sie haben sehr gutes fachliches Wissen und gehen sicher und wertschätzend mit Menschen um
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Beobachtungsgabe, analytisches Denken und Lösungsorientierung aus
- Sie haben Freude an Wissensvermittlung, Coaching und Teamentwicklung und sind bereit, innerhalb der Regionen Thüringen, Sachsen sowie unserer Intensivpflegezentren im Westen zu reisen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie legen aus Gründen der standardisierten Qualitätssicherung ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vor, das nicht älter als drei Monate ist. Bitte kümmern Sie sich rechtzeitig um die Beantragung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
